Notify Functionality in PSFSCM not working

Dear All

We are using PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain version 9.20 with no image update and PT:8.53.14

The notification button/functionality isn't working and not sending any email. Review attached screenshot for details as email via the notification functionality isn't working now and surprisingly it was working before smoothly; special note we've not changed any SMTP settings or to the best of our knowledge nothing is changed which disturbs the already up and running functionality suddenly to stop.
