Can't see the hammer icon for Web Tools

Hello, I'm looking into Siebel IP 2017 and after having everything installed I can't get Web Tools to work.

I created a new workspace, branching from main, and it is in the status of Created. I open it (can see the name on the top right in the Workspaces Dashboard), and after closing the Workspaces Dashboard the hammer icon doesn't show up.

I'm using SADMIN (with Composer Administration responsibility) and I have Web Tools component enabled on the Server profile.

Can anyone help me with this one?
