How to TOTAL having item/tax detail?

Hi all,

We have error where we are getting ITEM/TAX detail in TOTAL in ReSA.

Scenario:- We have a  corrupted RTLOG in which a TOTAL transaction has item/tax information. This got loaded into ReSA and has error  "TOTAL_NO_IGTAX/TOTAL_NO_ITEM".

We are unable to delete the item and tax level detail in the transaction from front end getting error "A record already exists for the current transaction. Ensure that the external transaction number, rtlog originating system,store and register combination is unique.

Can anyone let me know how to correct such transaction?
