Printing Checks in Multiple Languages

Does anyone have a "How to" document for multi-language check printing?  I feel we are missing a step in the process.  We are trying to print checks in English and Canadian French.  We can print the English checks fine.  The French Canadian checks also print the written-out amount in English.  For example 100 is written "One Hundred" not "Une Cien" or however it should be written in French.  I don't speak or write French - that's why we have a system.
