Email notification for nVision web delivery

Is it possible to deliver a report instance to the web, but also include an email notification?  We are using a node-based tree distribution on a set of reports.

I have it delivering to email and also delivering to web as a two separate report requests, but I don't know how to only deliver a notification via email and the report itself via web. 

Second to this, if email notification only is not possible, can I at least configure what the email itself will look like? 

Right now it quite literally just sends the report and some information from the process scheduler; which I'd like to replace with some end-user friendly text.
