ODSM URL for SIM_V16

Hi All,

 

      is ODSM compatible with SIM_V16 software? I have tried creating the domain for OID it's telling to install weblogic 10.3.6 which is not compatible with a SIM_V16 application. Please assist me on this. If get ODSM URL it would be easy to create users and assign the roles with respect to stores.
