Configuring Wireshark for 3820

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

I am looking to configure wireshark to capture SIP and RTP packets from an ACME 3820 for troubleshooting. I have seen posts mentioning bits and pieces but I cannot find full documentation on how to set it up. My first run at it was not successful as I setup a mirrored port but did not capture any relevant packets. I read that you can set up a trace server, that would be my preference if possible.
