Anyone experiencing inconsistent TDS calculations after RUP10 on 12.2.2

We are on 12.2.2 and after we applied RUP10 GST patch, the TDS calculations are inconsistent. For some of the vendors TDS does not get calculated for PO matched invoices, whereas for the same vendor the non PO matches invoices generate TDS transactions. Is anyone facing similar issues after RUP10?
