Workflow Builder add multiple item types when I add only one itemtype

I am using workflow builder 2.6.3.5 on windows 10 machine.

When working with workflow builder I pulled say Expenses itemtype and made timeout changes in it for testing purposes, I save and close the workflow. Next time when I pulled another workflow item say APCCARD the Expenses item type also gets pulled along and when I save changes for APCCARD changes for Expenses also gets saved along in the APCCARD file.

How do I eliminate Expeses(other) itemtype from getting pulled when I just add APCCARD ?
