Claim Records does not generated after validate the debit memo

Dear All,

              We unable to claim the RTV taxes. Once RTV was done, debit memo generated in AP. After validate and account the invoice, Claim records does not generated automatically in repsoitary form. We unable to claim more than 50 Debit memo invoices, Because invoices already validated and accounted. Please give us your suggestion on this issue.
