Keep strategy and workitem

Hi,

Cst is using Oracle Advanced Collections for some time now for different groups of customers. The customers have different customer profiles attached. Now cst wants to change the business level for one of these groups: from account to delinquency. To achieve this we set the override level and created new scoring engine with a custom view that selects only delinquencies with trxdate > 02 SEP 2017, work items and strategy. Then we set the partypreference for these customers to level DELINQUENCY by using the API.

So, the business requirement is that new delinquent transactions (trxdate > 2 sep 2017) get the new strategy and the old trx keep the existing strategy.
