SAEXPRDW Batch is long running

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi

We noticed for the past few weeks SAEXPRDW Batch  is running long time and there is no error in the log file.

Some times, we are getting the below error but there is no locks when we check

saexprdw_18~20170919023228~process~~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~Cannot lock 57703033 record.

Threads are showing proper status.

As a work around we have to kill the batch if it is long running and then reset then it is completing successfully.

Kindly provide a solution for this issue.
