In 9.2 the Budget Details Inquiry page requires unwarranted multiple clicks from user to view result

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

In 9.2 the Budget Details Inquiry page requires unwarranted clicks from user to view results. Even though all search values are entered by User, System

expects to select the single row search result to view results. User needs to click two times "Search" Button and One time "Hyperlink" to view results

In 9.1 version after entering search criteria it would directly take me to results[Just one Click].

REPLICATION STEPS

=================

1.Commitment Control > Review Budget Activities > Budget Details

Enter Business Unit, Ledger Group in the search criteria and search.

2.System navigates to secondary search page

3.Provide Account, Fund Code, Department , Class Field and Budget Period and Click on Search Button
