India GST-Non Recoverable tax lines status not merged with parent lines while doing Mass additions

India GST - Non Recoverable tax lines status not merged with parent lines while doing Mass additions.

After running mass addition create program, non recoverable tax lines are transferred to FA with parent lines but the status showing NEW instead of MERGED.

This issue happening only for India Localization India GST.

Setup:

1. India GST setup done.

2. FA-Setup-Finance-POST Accounting program-Already added Non-recoverable tax under Mass Addition Create

3. FA Book Controls checked the "Allow unallocated line types"

Note: Testing in the same instance without IL the same scenario working fine.
