Vendor Sanctions, OFAC, SDN and Elastic Search

Does Vendor Sanctions/OFAC/SDN work with Elastic Search.  On Tools 8.55.16, Financials 9.2 PUM 24.

We are getting errors when saving Vouchers and code looks like it is still pointing to Verity if there isn't SES. (App Package: FS_SDN_SEARCH.SDNSearchEnterprise)
