OIM SCIM calls taking long time to respond on ~150k user base.
Hi,
We have OIM 11g server deployed over Weblogic (10.3.6) and configured with Oracle 11g Database.
We have a user base of around 150k Users.
All new users in OIM are created/registered/Updated/Lock/Unlock via OOTB SCIM calls only.
With our current setup, SCIM calls are taking too long to respond. i.e. for a simple create user, it is taking almost 40 seconds to complete the SCIM request.
Though, creating user directly from OIM admin console (via xelsysadm user) is creating user immediately and there is no delay.
From oim-diaganostic logs (below excerpt), we have observed one query is taking considerable high time to execute (almost 35-37 seconds) on 150K users.
