Query Manager Private Query to a Specific User

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 version with zero/no image update. PT: 8.53. How to assign a query privately to a user, without accessing his own personal PSFSCM account via PSFSCM login ID/password and than selecting that query and making it private for him.

Kindly let me know the permission list which needs to be assigned to a user so that he could run/execute query manager completely.
