Detail Views under Detail Category in Tree Navigation Control are not accessible - Siebel Open UI

I'm working on Siebel Open UI. Navigation Control is 'Tree' and theme is 'Aurora'.

I have a problem that drop down list of detail Views (under the same Detail Category) is not accessible.

* Most of times it's hidden behind the child applet of view as shown below:

* if there is no child applet, the drop down list is shown, but once I pointed to it by mouse, it disappeared and I cannot click any tab, as shown below:

Anyone faced this problem before? I do need help or recommendation please?
