API Error (CS_ServiceRequest_PVT.Update_SR_Validation): The API cannot update the owner of the servi

Hi all

Iam trying to update the Service Request status as Approved. For updating the SR I have used this API (CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB.UPDATE_SERVICEREQUEST). Most of the records are successfuly updated but for one record i got the below error :

API Error (CS_ServiceRequest_PVT.Update_SR_Validation): The API cannot update the owner of the service request because there is an active Oracle Workflow process.

Can some please guide me on this issue
