RHEL6 Quarterly Patching Issues with PSMAIL

We recently applied our quarterly RHEL6 patches to our production application server and immediately was not able to send emails from either the Process Scheduler or using the psmail utility via "call system using" in SQR processes.  When sending an email from the Process Scheduler the process would initially show "Success" and "Posted" in Process Monitor and then be changed to "Error" and "Posted".  The last line of the .log file would be "Error!  Failed to Email"  This would then cause the PSDSTSRV processes to fail and all non-emailed processes would remain in "Posting" status until the Linux Process Scheduler
