Oracle sql to find the list of active users.

Could anyone please send me the Oracle SQLs to find the below informations.

1) Active users in a day(excluding the ID which is used for bringing up the Application and Process Scheduler servers)

2) The max numbers of users over the last year that logged into the app (excluding the ID which is used for bringing up the Application and Process Scheduler servers)

3) All PeopleSoft User activity SQLs.

Note:  PeopleTools ->Security->Common Queries->Access Log Queries includes ->Access Activity by Day

The result also include the ID which is used for bringing up the Application and Process Scheduler servers)
