Solaris 11 tcp_cork_flush_interval

After upgrading from SRU 11.3.16.3.0 to 11.3.21.5.0 we noticed a new ndd tcp parameter was added, tcp_cork_flush_interval, with a default setting of 200. What does this setting actually do?
