Installing FSCM Image 25 failed

Installing FSCM Image 25 windows bare metal dpk, failed with "Tuxedo home cloning failed".  Adjusted windows swap file as per one of the doc id's, then ran puppet applywhich failed with "Evaluation error could not find class pt_role::pt_tools midtier... .  Looking for some workarounds
