GL Effective Date Range

We just upgraded to Financials 9.2 and we are now receiving messages when adding new Chartfield Values:

     Effective Date Range Setup Data is not complete for table GL_ACCOUNT_TBL (9200,510)

     The installation Option to maintain Chartfield effective date range data is enables however the EDR setup data is missing or not complete.  The process will not update the effective date range data for any online updates until the setup      is corrected.  Check the EDR mapping definition page for the specified table.

I looked at the Setup Financials/Supply Chain>Common Definitions>Design Chartfields>Effective Date Range Data>Table Mapping Definition screen and it seems easy enough to set-up but how do I know what the 'Validation Table' is for my Chartfields?  Is that something that needs to be setup?  If I wanted to turn off the 'Installation option to maintain Chartfield effective date range data', where would I do this?
