Permission List Assigned to user by System

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 with PT8.53 and no image. Kindly refer attached snapshot and let us know in detail or an overview what's the disadvantage of having allpages as a permission list attached to a user at all of the 4 permission list of system (permission_list for navigator, primary,process-profile and row_security. Kindly also note we don't use row level security in PSFSCM environment of ours
