OAM 12.2.1.3 400 bad request accessing protected resource

When accessing a protected resource, after login to OAM credential collection, a blank page appear in the browser, with status *400 Bad Request*.

The problematic versions are the new ones: OAM 12.2.1.3 and OHS 12.2.1.3

(Similar configuration is working with OAM 11.2.1.3 with OHS 12.2.1.2)

If i hit <F5> (refresh) on browser the page is working.

OAM cookies are looking ok on the browser in the redirect before the bad request. So Authentication and authorization are working i think. It looks like something with headers are bad on the last redirect?
