change workflow notification status from error to active

We had an workflow brief outage in PROD and issue is fixed.  We have journal approval workflow where it will trigger to 20 AME approvers and it will cancel the rest of the approver notification as soon as the first approver(First responder Wins) approved it.  During this workflow outage, there were 90 such requests, and each triggered to 20 approvers and because of this brief outage, some of the workflow notifications stuck in "Error" status which we were able to cancel it from frontend.  Now, looking for help to get those cancelled from Backend as we have 90x19 notifications such.
