Invoice number not generated for RMA creditmemo in AR

After auto invoice completed for RMA receipts, credit memo generated in AR. Then we run the india invoice number generation for this particular AR transaction number. But invoice number not generated in india tax details. we already defined the document sequence number for AR credit memo.
