Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All!!!

Creating a strategy at account level for delinquent type customer statuses.

With Seeded strategy segments and scoring rules

When I click on next button for work Items attachment screen is not allowing.

Please suggest what could be causing issue.

We have upgraded from 11i to R12.

Using We have advance collection license.
