Upload SAC code/OFI GST Interface AR

Hello Team

I got requirement to upload only SAC code  in AR against AR invoice.     

1.I did research and got , we can not without uploading OFI taxes.

First let me know,  can we ???

2. If i am not wrong, i thought to upload SAC with OFI GST tax details.  So i  found OFI GST interface article.

As suggested,  i need to insert interface data first in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL and then  taxes  in JAI_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL table.

I did the same process and at last i got issue .

Invalid Party Name., Invalid Party Site., Invalid Party Name/ Party Site combination.
