PeopleSoft - TCC Integration

Hello, Is it possible to integrate PeopleSoft to TCC using Integration Broker? (i.e.) pass data from TCC to PeopleSoft using SOAP or REST messages. Has anyone implemented anything like that? So far from my limited understanding of TCC the only option seems to be to generate CSV files from TCC and then load those files into PeopleSoft. Thanks!
