I have a Variable Compensation Panel (Performance Management) that I've had to build to allow managers to capture Goal Description and Method of Payment Calculation data. 
This custom panel is built in a PeopleTools 8.5.4.19 environment.  There are 3 long edit boxes within the scroll area.  I can only get the Rich Text editor to work for
a single Long Edit Box and the data field has to be CHAR format, but not longer than 254 in length.

1. Is there a limit on the number of Rich Text Editors that can be enabled in a scroll area?
2. Does the Rich Text Editor work with LongChar data type?
