in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

HI All.. Please help in this issue. we have a 2 node primary RAC DB cluster and it has 2 node RAC physical standby. on standby  some archives got deleted by its scheduled cron job but it was not applied on standby. now we have restored those archives from its archive backup on the primary site, and we re enabled the "LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_3_state" parameter so that those missing archives can be shipped on standby site. Thread 1 archives are shipped but thread 2 archives are not shipped. and there are huge number of archives. Please help me in this issue. I
