Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Requirement to add additional fields to Collections Workbench

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement to add the below fields under Custom 1 tab

1. Rename Custom1 tab to "Primary AP Contact" and then add the below fields:-

Primary AP Contact
AP Contact Name
AP Contact Title
AP Contact Phone
AP Contact Email

Can anybody throw some light on how we can achieve this?

Do i need to go for customization of form or else any other alternative or workaround available?
