error when clicking links in Workcenter

We have around 12 workcenters delivered and custom.

However for this receiving workcenter getting the following error - not sure what is off

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member URLTYPE. (180,236) FSPC_LINK_PGLT.GBL.FSPC_LINK_WRK.HYPERLINK.FieldChange  PCPC:1936  Statement:30 .

It works in our development environment - but after migrating to Prod getting errors on links.

We have migrated a bunch of other workcenters seemed to work fine.

cannot figure out what is off here
