Has anyone else had a problem building the virtualbox Linux FSCM 9.2 PUM 25...?

I have tried several times now to build the linux PUM 25 for the FSCM 9.2 updates.  Each time, the VM gets created in virtual box and launches properly.  It asks one or two questions and then begins to download the DPKs.

As near as I can tell, the PUM's download properly and then the system goes to a login screen rather than beginning the question and answer process.  There is plenty of disk space available.  There is plenty of RAM as well.  Both are specified by the install script in any case so we don't mess with it.  I don't see any obvious errors in any logs in the /var/log/ directory or dmesg that would indicate a killed process or otherwise.
