Error when creating Form using AMDisposal Form Builder

When I try to save a Form I am getting is error message

Invalid Operator ! (18112,5065) EOCF_CLF_RB.Definition.Phrase.PhraseRow.OnExecute  Name:OperatorId  PCPC:2960  Statement:61

Called from:FORM.CONTROLLER.FormDesignWizard.OnExecute  Name:GenerateEOCFRule  Statement:1029

Called from:FORM.CONTROLLER.FormDesignWizard.OnExecute  Name:FormType_SavePostChange  Statement:92

Called from:FORM_DESIGN_WIZARD.GBL.FORM_TYPE.SavePostChange  Statement:1

Operator does not exist!

Any help would be greatly appreciated
