Is there a limit to the number of paths in the PSSQR parameter in psprcs.cfg?

Is there a limit to the number of paths or characters in the PSSQR parameter in psprcs.cfg for a windows process scheduler?  SQRs run to success until I add an additional path to PSSQR.  Five paths seem to be ok.  Adding a sixth causes SQRs to fail where it does not even start to process the SQR at all and I get an error like this in the log file:

17260: 1507843857: PSPAL:: Abort: Unrecoverable exception received.

I am currently running this with PeopleTools 8.53.23, but we are in the process of upgrading the PeopleTools 8.55.15, so I am curious about this for any versions 8.53.23 and up.
