Webserver not starting/stopping from admin console but shows started in application logs

Background of Issue: We are upgrading the Production server hardware from a older version (SUN T5440) to a newer version (T4-4-09). The OS Version on both servers is the same - Solaris 5.10. There is no change in the CORE/RAM config and this entire activity involves detaching the storage, having the application setup, from older server and attaching it onto the new server.

After attaching the storage onto the bnew server, We are trying to start the webserver domain from the admin console. While starting, it throws an error of "Faile to start...." and the domain shows in stopped state. On checking the error logs, no error is shown in the logs and its shows that the domain has started successfully and the status shows as listening on the port.
