I am to upgrade peopletools from 8.52 to 8.53.

Hi All,

I am to upgrade peopletools from 8.52 to 8.53 on application HCM 9.1.

Few doubts I have is do I need to have 8.52 version change assistant initially or 8.53 higher version for complete update?

Also when we open change assistant it ask for PS_HOME, PS_APP_HOME, PS_CUST_HOME. Is this related to 8.52 PS_HOME?

And do i have to select Move to production or initial pass.

Is we take COP first and do the peopletools upgrade complete on it then after everything is fine we do the same on production database.?

Please suggest or share your views for the same.
