How to test whether OES WS SM is configured correctly on managed servers in WL domain?

Hello,

OES WS SM has been configured on managed servers in a weblogic domain in a multisite mode. Admin and managed server can be brought up without any issues.

The following deployments are up and running:

oracle.oes.client.pd.ssmws

oracle.oes.client.pd.ssl

OES SM is installed under OES (Admin) Fusion Middleware Home.

However, OES WS instance cannot be started using startWSServer.sh script.. error is shown at the end:

How to test whether OES WS SM is configured correctly?

Please suggest. Thanks!

WS instance has been created under oes_instances.. However, following error show up while running startWSServer.sh:
