Can we Restrict UWQ by Collector

Hi All,

I have a requirement to view the collector specified customers (he is primarily responsible and setup at customer account level) in his queue when he logs in as a node(work item type).

And the node has different statuses underneath.

As follows

-Collector1

    -Delinquent Account

    -Strategy Work Items Account

    -Custom Status

-Collector2

    -Delinquent Account

    -Strategy Work Items Account

    -Custom Status

-Collector3

    -Delinquent Account

    -Strategy Work Items Account

    -Custom Status

Please suggest can we build this kind of tree.
