Workflow Mailer status becomes System Deactivated on daily basis

Hi all,

Workflow mailer status becomes System Deactivated on daily basis. On a review of Event History, one of the component "oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.Mailer.notification.summary" status is Deactivated_System and Event_Status is Skipped.

Please provide the solution as we have to restart Mailer on daily basis that did not happen before.
