Error: while creating order in order managment form

Hi,

I am facing error while creating order in order managment form i.e The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination.

I have checked below setups in Inventory > Items > Master Items.

For my org all setups are present as per below comments but still I am facing this error.

1. If item is not assigned to warehouse organization then follow the below steps to assign it.
a). Navigate to - Inventory > Items > Master Items.
b). Select any organization from Organization selection list.
c). Query the record with Item name.
