SSO between SIM and Fusion

Hi All,

         I am trying to do SSO between SIM ( on-premises ) and Fusion Inventory where OIM exists. So that users can be created or managed from fusion side instead of the on-premises side so that there is seamless flow between them. Kindly suggest me how I can implement this.
