PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade Suggestion

Hi all PS experts, I would like to seek idea and advice on PeopleSoft HCM upgrades.

I have done a PeopleSoft HCM upgrade from HCM 9.0 with PT849 to HCM 9.2 with PT853.17 in 2014/15.

At that project, Oracle delivers change assistant upgrade template for direct upgrade with 2 HCM versions.

It is straight forword on the path and certifcation.

However, for the new upgrade for HCM 9.2 with latest PI2X+, the methodology and path are more complicated for me after studying the upgrade documents and notes.

In my case, I need to perform PeopleSoft upgrade:
