Account Relationships at Collections

Hi All,

My Requirement is when a invoice is created for XYZ Child, in Collections universal work queue it should show for XYZ child and also for XYZ Global Parent.

We will create multiple child accounts having relationship with parent and when collector queries for parent customer all the child account collections should rollup to parent level.

We setup as below:-

Created two Test Customers XYZ Child and XYZ Parent

At XYZ Child Level Created a relationship Between XYZ Child and XYZ Global Parent with reciprocal and Bill-to.

Collections screen as sorted by customer name I do not see XYZ Parent as delinquent.
