OID 12.2.1.3.0 -- move old OID Domain to new server

Hi All,

Can someone please tell me how can i move my old OID domain and all its configuration settings in to the latest environment please

OLD environment:

OID    : 11.1.1.7.0

WLs :   10.3.6

Server : 2008R2

New Environment

OID   : 12.2.1.3.0

FMW infrastructure : 12.2.1.3.0

Server    : 2012 R2

Please tell me if  there is a way to move/convert the Old domain in to new domain or move the existing domain in to the new domain in the latest server.
