Oracle Forms/Report 11g applet wont load (possibly due to signature issue)

Hello,

I have a newly installed Forms/Report 11.1.2 (11gR2), protected with OHS/Webgate and OAM for SSO. At this point, I believe SSO is working, but I am not able to actually launch any Forms applet.

From java console, I get this exception, even though I have re-signed all the forms jar file under the directory "/u01/app/oracle/product/fmw11g/FR_home/forms/java/", they are self signed though. Any pointers?
