Update_datetime column is getting changed in Error table

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Auditors are trying to pull the report from error work list in ReSA. There is a custom rule created,after that the update_datetime is getting changed for some of the records in SA_ERROR table,but not changing for other records with same error_code. What could be the reason?
